今回　入荷した商品の１箱が、箱をあけても中に商品がありませんでした。商品が入っていた段ボールは、工場での使用しているガムテープで梱包されていました。また，段ボールに破損されている外装は、ありませんでした。段ボールは、ラッピングされた状態で出荷されていました。
サンプル商品の５点は、すべてタグをつけた状態で出荷して下さい。タグの回収は、僕が責任を持って対応します。
保険会社から、契約条件を添付ファイルの内容にして欲しいので、請求書の記載を変更お願い致します。

I received one empty box without a product among this order. The one with products inside were sealed with tapes used in a factory. Also, there was no sign of damage on the exterior of the box. The cardboard box was shipped in wrapping.
Please ship all 5 samples with tags. I will be responsible for collecting the tags.
The insurance company wants to change the contract terms to the contents of the attached file, so please modify the invoice.
