”MCINTOSH MCD7000”CDプレーヤーの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたCDプレーヤーを確認しました。
プレーヤーは電源は入るのですが、音がほとんど聞こえません。
ヘッドフォンでボリュームを全開にしてわずかに聞こえる程度です。
このCDプレーヤーは故障しているのではないでしょうか？非常に困っております。
使用不可なので、修理をしなければいけないと考えております。
一部ご返金いただくということはできませんか？

I am writing to you about CD players “MCINTOSH MCD7000”. Since I had been on a official trip until the other day, I have received them on yesterday and today. I have checked the CD players.
Their power can be turned on, but I can hear almost no sound.
I can hear very small volume of sound when the volume is set to maximum.
Are these CD players defective? I am in a very big trouble.
Since it is unusable, I am thinking of letting it repaired.
Would you be able to issue a partial refund?
