「かしこまりました。」と「商品については再送させていただきます。」はそれぞれ独立した文章なので原文に忠実に意を汲む必要があると思います。文章全体がシャープなまとまり感を出せていていいなと思ったので、最後の2行もより簡潔な表現にできるとより完成度が高くなると思います。
