お元気でお過ごしのことと思います。

Ａ社は米国に拠点を持ちません。先日、私は、Ａ社の新規投資担当の責任者と話しましたが、現時点では、新規投資は難しいとのことでした。
一方、Ｂ社も米国に拠点を持ちませんが、前の私の部下が定期的かつ長期にシリコンバレーに出張しています。夏休みの後、Ｂ社の新規投資担当の責任者である彼に相談する予定です。
結果が分かり次第、ご連絡します。

A company doesn't have any branch in U.S. I've talked a person in charge of new investment , he told me that it's
difficult for new investment right now.

On the otherhand, B company doesn't have any branch in U.S either, previous my subordinate stay Silicon Valley regularly and log term on a business trip.
After summer vacation, I'm going to talk to him in charge of new investment of B company.
