アマゾン側の表記ミスで商品名違い、クレームになております。

アマゾン米国の商品名が４個パックになっています。
アマゾン日本ではこの商品は１個です。

こちらとしましても表記に気付けなかったミスがございまが、
この件に関して私の方に非はないことと思いますので、
クレーム等でアカウント評価が下がることのないよう対応して頂きたく思います。

現在、既に送ったお客様や、注文が入っている方へ返品・返金を対応しており、
お客様はもちろん、私も大変迷惑がかかっています。

至急、対応お願いします。

We are receving complaints from our customers because of an error in the description on Amazon.

The product title on Amazon.com says 1 pack (4 pieces), but it is 1 piece on Amazon.co.jp.

I know that we overlooked the error in the description, however we should not be held responsible for this matter and we request your immediate handling and resolution to fix this problem so that we can maintain positive feedbacks.

Currently we are requesting returns and issuing refunds to the customers. I sure hope this did not happen to customers and me.
