依頼者様の目の前にInvoiceがあってX印があるのは間違いないSituationと思われますので、「思います」は日本語特有の婉曲表現と思われます。ので、個人的にはI think there is × mark のI thinkはかえって欧米人を惑わせかねず不要かと思いますが、直すほどのIssueでもないのでコメントとさせていただきました。
