「ご連絡ありがとうございます」は、素直に"Thank you for contacting us"と訳して良いのではないかと思います。
「発送」はsendでも意味としては通りますが、"dispatch"を使う方がベターかと思います。また、単に訳すのを忘れられただけだと思いますが、「明日、郵便局から」が抜けていましたので、追加いたしました。
"Please await to..."は聞きますが、"Please kindly await to..."という表現はあまり聞かない印象があります。"kindly"を入れられるのであれば、"Please kindly wait until..."という表現の方が自然ではないかと感じます。
