Additional info: 商品を発送したのですが、まだ届いていないとメールの返事がありましたが、追跡サービスでは、巣で、郵便局に届いていて、受け取られていないので、どうなっているのでしょうか？

其方でもご確認ください。）
アメリカの郵便局には、６月５日に到着しております。
申し訳ございませんが、再度郵便局に確認してもられないでしょうか？

The items arrived at the Postal office in the U.S on June 6.
