「まだインボイスを受け取っていない」は「まだ」を正確に訳出するなら、"have not yet received"と"yet"を入れる方が良いでしょう。
また、最後の「宜しくお願いします」は、相手に本文中で頼み事をしていることを考えると、"Thank you for your cooperation."や"I appreciate your cooperation."くらいの訳にしても良いかもしれません。
最初の「お世話になります」も日本語らしい表現で定訳はありませんが、一連のメールのやり取りの中でのこの文章だと推察されますので、"Thank you for your email."くらいの訳にしても良いかと思います。
