I would like to request you to verify the shipping fee carefully.
In our last business, the shipping fee was at 80.60€ for the 23 kg by air.
However, it is at 967.50€ for the 235 kg even it is going to be shipped by the sea.
Why the shipping fee per 1 kg is so expensive though it is being shipped by the sea?

Anyway, please issue a refund for the amount we paid for the meantime because the cargo has not been arrived.
We also have paid the higher shipping fee.
