articleは間違いではないと思いますがほとんど見たことがありません。itemかproductが一般的でしょうか。
原文から時制が読み取りづらいですが過去ならgave you a full refund、これからならwillと思います。現在形はあまり使わないと思います。

レビューいただきありがとうございます！そうですね…確かに、Articleと商品を直訳するよりもYour orderとした方がしっくりきます。「全額返金させて頂いております」も、時制に迷ったので現在形にしましたが、過去か未来がいいですよね。勉強になりました。
