この度、初めての商品売買のお取引にあたり、いろいろとご協力をいただきまして、誠に有難うございます。私はNUREXの佐藤と申します。早速ですが、L/Cを開設するにあたり、日本の銀行から2点ご質問がございます。①保険証書のオリジナルが2通お送りできないことをお聞きしています。その意図を教えてもらえませんか?通常は2通送られてくる様です。②B/Lは船積みしてから、どのくらいでベトナムの銀行に提出していただけますでしょうか?ご返信いただけますでしょうか?

① Could you explain why you cannot send us two copies of insurance policy while they were supposed to be handed to clients?
②Could you write me back on when B/L will be sent to a bank in Vietnam?
