この度、初めての商品売買のお取引にあたり、いろいろとご協力をいただきまして、誠に有難うございます。私はNUREXの佐藤と申します。早速ですが、L/Cを開設するにあたり、日本の銀行から2点ご質問がございます。①保険証書のオリジナルが2通お送りできないことをお聞きしています。その意図を教えてもらえませんか?通常は2通送られてくる様です。②B/Lは船積みしてから、どのくらいでベトナムの銀行に提出していただけますでしょうか?ご返信いただけますでしょうか?

Thank you very much for you cooperation in my first purchase this time. My name is Sato from NUREX. In order to open an L/C, I have 2 questions from the bank in Japan.
1) Can you please send 2 copies of the guarantee certificate. And could you provide the outline of it? It seems that it is customary to receive 2 copies.
2) When the B/L has been finalized, how long will in take for it to be submitted to the Vietnamese bank ? Can you respond to this please?
