返金は我々に商品が到着し商品の確認が出来次第、数日中に手続きが開始されます
以下に返金ポリシーを記載してますのでご確認下さい
商品が未開封かつ破損が無い状態であれば商品代金の全額が返金されますが開封や破損があった場合は50%の返金となります
お客様都合による返品の場合、お支払い頂いた送料に関しましては返金出来かねます
また返送に掛かる送料はお客様の負担となります
返送途中に商品の紛失事故などがあった場合は返金が出来かねます
高額な商品の場合はお客様にて運送保険を追加される事をお勧めします
In regards to the refund, as soon as we receive the item, we will make sure the item and registration will be started within couple days.
Our policy is listed down below.
If the item wasn't open and also unpacked, we will refund your money completely but if it's not it will be 50 percent of charge.
If you want to return the item, you are responsible for returned shipping.
If something happened to the item while it is shipping, we can't refund.
We recommend you to have insurance if it's a high price item.
