ข้อ 2 ให้คณะกรรมการตาม ข้อ 1 มีอำนาจหน้าที่ ดังต่อไปนี้
1.เสนอแนะนโยบาย แผนการบริหารและมาตรการในการทำภารกิจต่อคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
2.กำกับดูแลและติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของรัฐวิสาหกิจ เพื่อให้การบริหารงานของรัฐวิสาหกิจเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเกิดประสิทธิผลสูงสุด
3.บูรณาการการดำเนินการของรัฐวิสาหกิจให้มีความเป็นเอกภาพ
4.เสนอแนะแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านต่างๆ ของรัฐวิสาหกิจทั้งในด้านการบริหาร การดำเนินงาน และด้านการเงินต่อคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
5.ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ภาคเอกชนเข้าร่วมลงทุนในกิจการของรัฐ
6.แต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการ และคณะทำงานเพื่อช่วยเหลือการปฏิบัติงานได้ตามความจำเป็น
No. 2 Allow the boards according to No. 1 have authorities and functions as follow:
1. Propose policy, management plan and measure for operate missions to National Council for Peace and Order.
2. Supervise and follow performance of state enterprise in order to have capability and to be at the maximum effectiveness.
3. Integrate the operations of state enterprise to be the unity.
4. Propose solutions for several problems of the state enterprise both in management, operations and financial to National Council for Peace and Order.
5. Encourage and support the state enterprise to join venture in government enterprise.
6. Nominate subcommittee and working group to help in operation as needed.
