私達は、現在毎週月曜日と水曜日に注文しています。
私達は、水曜日に注文した商品のインボイスを、日本時間の金曜日の夜にEメールで受け取っています。
このスケジュールだと、通関のための書類をスムーズに作れず、予定通りに商品を日本で受け取れません。
そちらの時間の木曜日の夕方、つまり日本時間の金曜日の朝までに、私達がインボイスを受け取る方法はありませんか？
もしそれが無理なら、現在注文している曜日を変更しなければなりませんので、なんとかして欲しいです。

At present we are ordering every week on Monday And Wednesday.
We got the invoice for the goods we ordered on Wednesday, Friday night Japan time.
With this timing we can not prepare customs paperwork very efficiently, and goods do not arrive on schedule to Japan.
Is there a way to get the invoice to us by Thursday night your time, in other words Friday morning Japan time?
If that isn't possible then we will have to change the days on which we order, I would like you to be able to assist us with this.
