On June 16th, "The Ordinary General Meeting, Heisei 26" was held at Keio Plaza Hotel by Japan Congress Convention Bureau. Approved were the report on the business activities and the settlement of accounts, as well as the business plan in Heisei 26.

Chairman Kuniko Inoguchi expressed her aspiration that "the Olympic/Paralympic games as an opportunity to appeal Japan's innovation, advanced science and technology, Japanese culture, and traditions, is the world's largest MICE.
