2段目の左の数字(ここでは、839mAh)は、累積の容量を示します。

私は、完全放電したパワーバンクに充電を開始しました。
そして、1日たった後、パワーバンクのLEDランプは満充電を示しました。

しかし、写真の通り、839mahの電気しか流れていません。
このアイテムに、12000mahの電気をためることは出来ませんでした。

The number in the left hand side of 2nd low (In this picture, 839mAh) shows the total amount of electricity.

I recharged the powerbank after it completely discharged.
Next day, the LED indicator of the Powerbank shows it is fully charged.

But as the photo shows, I got only 839mAh electricity.
I could not charge 12,000mAh electricity with this item.
