アップグレードが何度やっても失敗してしまいます(メニューの文字が表示されません)
もしかして1.3から1.5にバージョンアップはできませんか？
またはMySqlのデータベースの更新ファイルが間違ってないでしょうか？(言語が選択できる辺り)

また以下のURLからログインしてみようと試みましたがログインできませんでした

アップグレードが何回やってもできないので新規にインストールしようとしてみたところ真っ白いページしか表示されず新規インストールもできませんでした
アドバイス頂けますか？

I fail the upgrading though I tried several times (the letters of the menu are not displayed).
Can't I update from 1.3 to 1.5 perhaps?
Or isn't the update file of the database of MySql wrong (the area to choose the language or elsewhere)?

Further, I tried to log in from the following URLs, but couldn't succeed.

As I couldn't upgrade after several trials, I went to try to install it newly, but It was not possible; just a white page came up.
Would you please advise me?
