・クレジット会社に確認しましたが、請求額は日本円しかわからないそうです。
そちらで入金額を確認することは出来ませんか？
・Amazonで購入した商品がそちらへ届いているはずですが、Web画面に表示されていません。トラッキング番号はAAAです。確認してくださいよろしくお願いします。

- According to the credit card company, the billing amount is stated in Japanese yen only. Is there anyway you could check the deposit amount?
- I believe the item bought through Amazon should be delivered there, however the delivery status does not reflect so on the web screen. The tracking number is AAA. Kindly confirm.
