問題が発生した原因は販売商品を常に更新することが不足していた為です。
今までは1週間に1度の在庫更新をしておりました。
将来受け取れなかった商品や在庫切れに対するクレームを回避するため今後の再発防止策と致しまして以下の改善案を実行し、再発防止につとめます。

直訳的、不自然な訳が多く、英文として意味が良く伝わりません。
