①シートの下部分を眉間の下部に貼り付けて下さい

②片手でシート下部を押さえながら、もう片方の手でシートの斜め上にもちあげるように引き上げます。

③シートが貼れたら10分～15分を目安にその状態をキープし、その後ゆっくりと剥がして下さい。

＊シリコンシートはあまり強く引っ張りますとさける恐れがありますのでご注意下さい

② While push and hold the affixed portion using one hand, please pull up the peeled portion of sheet diagonally upward using the other hand.

③ After affixing the sheet, leave it for around 10 to 15 minutes as a standard, and then, slowly peeled it off.

＊Please be noted that the silicon sheet may break apart if it is pulled rather hard.
