私は、日本郵便の書留付き国際郵便にて、下記の住所へ商品荷物を送りました。USPSのトラッキング情報によると荷物は到着済みの表示となっています。

しかし、商品購入者はまだ受取っていないという連絡をしてきました。USPSによる受取人の署名や証明書をお知らせいただけないでしょうか？

※届け先受取人は以上の氏名ですが、商品購入者の氏名は異なり、ZZZZZです。
