私達は香港への配送経験がありません。今回このようにキャンセルしたのは申し訳ございません。理由としては中国本土への配送の際にトラブルがあり、今回原因含めて調査するまでは配送を中止させてもらうことにしました。
今回上記のような理由も含めて配送できず申し訳ありません。
配送期間や国に届くまでの障害については各国ともに違うのでこちらから正確には言えませんが、10日以内にはEMSで配送した場合は届くと思います。追跡番号も付随します。

We don't have any experiences for delivering to Hong Kong. I apologize for the cancellation this time. The reason is we had an problem when we tried to deliver to China and we decided to pause the delivery until we investigate the reason this time.
I apologize for that we can't deliver because of the reason above.
The time span of delivery and impediments are vary from country to country so we can't say exactly but we assume that it will be there in 10 days if we send it by EMS. A tracking number will be included, too.
