5.3 Company shall promptly inform Agent～
(i) any change or amendment of name, capital, director, address, major shareholders of Company or Service Applicant or if there is any change or amendment of the details of Service:
(ii) termination or expiration of Service Agreement: or
(iii) any event as provided in Article 14.1 incurred.

7.9 Company agrees to indemnify Agent, Agent’s director and employees against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of performance of Company Works under this Agreement that are caused in whole or in part by Company’s negligent act or omission or any misleading, misconduct against Agent, or that of anyone employed by Company.

的確な訳文ですね^^　何となく、7.9の「以下の事項を同意する」は「以下の事項に同意する」かなーと思いますが、個人差の範囲ですね
