１、セレニティピローケース
ピローケースが添付した写真の柄でした。
セレニティのピローケースは端に模様が入っている商品ですよね？
商品の送り間違いですか？

２、ブランチ掛け布団カバー　ダブルサイズ
６つの内紐が内側ではなく外側に付いていました。
これは不良品ですか？

すぐにこれらの新しい商品を送ってください。

I have a few questions regarding the products that have been purchased the other day.

1. Serenity pillowcase
It is about the print on the pillowcase. The Serenity pillowcase does has a design on the item, is it not?
Or is it a different item sent to us us mistake?

2. Double-sized comforter with branches (print)
Six of the inner cords that was supposed to be inside has been made external.
Is it a product defect?

Please send new stock of these two as soon as possible.
