私もどのように変更の処理をすれば良いのかよくわからないので、明日カスタマーサービスに問い合わせしてみます。今、日本は日曜の深夜なんです。
ベースは弦高が高く、12フレットでどの弦もノイズがある事を私も確認しました。早速、私はフェンダーに調整を依頼しました。少し時間がかかるかもしれませんが、何か進展があればまたご連絡いたします。それにしてもこんなに美しいジャズベースを私は見たことがありません。

It is now midnight in Japan.
The bass' string height is tall and has confirmed the bowstring and sound with a 12 fret. I have immediately asked for a tuning with Fender. It will take some time but if there are any developments, I will let you know.
Even so, I have never seen such a beautiful jazz bass before.
