確認したところ、日本に輸入する場合
御社の社印が押された正式な書類として
成分表（ Ingredient ）と製造工程表が必要になるようです。
この2つを私宛に送っていただくことは可能でしょうか？
難しい場合、改めて商品を発注しますので
そちらに同梱して送っていただきたいと思います。
加えて、
先日発注した分について積み込み年月日と到着予定年月日を
教えていただきたいと思います。

1.輸入するのは「私」と思われるので、1行目"you need ..." は"I need ...", "if you want to import to Japan" は "when i imprt it to Japan"になると思います。
2."Because I will place an order again if it is difficult,I would like you to ..."は "if it is difficult, I will place an order again and would like you to ..."のほうが流れがスムーズかと思います。他の方がすでに指摘されていますが"shipping data" →"shipping date".
