国立環境研究所で観測している沖縄県波照間島や北海道の落石岬のCO2濃度データを見ながら、そのことを解説すると、北海道落石では日平均値では3年前から400pmを超えるデータがすでに出ていたが、月平均値で見ると400ppmを超える濃度が1年前の春ごろに発生している。波照間では今春に400ppmを超える月平均値が見られることがわかる。年平均を計算すると、2013年の年平均濃度は398ppm程度と予想され、実はまだ400ppmには達していない。

While looking at the CO2 density data of Haterumajima island in Okinawa Prefecture and Ochiishi Cape in Hokkaido that is observe at the National Environmental Institute,if you would interpret that ,the daily average rate data of Ochiishi in Hokkaido of over 400pm was already out from 3 years ago,but if you look at the density of the monthly average rate that occured in spring a year ago was over 400ppm.This shows that the monthly average rate of Hateruma on this spring will be 400ppm.By calculating the yearly average of 2013,the yearly average density is expected to be about 398ppm and as a matter of fact it still have not reached at 400ppm.
