単数、複数の間違いの指摘を有難うございます。
次に、本依頼者ですが、米国と転送会社と契約をしていて、依頼者自身が当該転送会社での荷物の状況を点検できるアカウントを持っています。この事により、｢以下の追跡番号の荷物は配達済みになっていますが、webの管理画面に反映されていません。｣とは、｢荷物を出荷した配送会社のWebsiteでは追跡番号を使って調べると配達済みとなっているのに、何故お宅のウェブでは配達済みとして反映されていないのですか。｣と質問をしています。このような事故は過去にもありました。従い、反映されていない理由を聞いています。
