日本に到着後にシュリンクを外したところ、ハラハラと塗装が剥げ落ちました。日本に転送をする際も厳重な梱包をしているため、輸送中の衝撃による可能性は低いと思います。もちろん一度も使用をしていませんし、落としたり、何かにぶつけたこともありません。恐らく初期不良ではないかと考えていますが、メーカーに交換をしていただく事は可能でしょうか？難しい場合は日本で訳ありとして販売をしますが、今回のケースは責任の所在が明確ではないため、いくらか割引をして頂くことは可能ですか？

After arriving in Japan and removing the shrink wrap, the paint fell off all over. Since it was wrapped carefully for transport to Japan, I think it is unlikely to have been damaged in transit. Of course, I have not used it, dropped it or bumped it on anything. In eventuality it seems as if it is a faulty item from manufacture, is it possible to have a replacement made by the manufacturer? If this is too difficult I will sell it in Japan as imperfect but in this case as the the responsibility is not clear, is it possible to ask for a discount?
