このセラーのように、商品名に自分の名前を含めて販売し、他のセラーを排除する行為は好ましいものではないと思う。少なくとも、商標権を有していて法律上独占販売が可能である場合以外は、一人のセラーがひとつの商品の販売を独占できるようなことはあるべきではないと思う。この件についてアマゾンの見解を聞かせて欲しい。

少なくとも商品名に名前を含めて他のセラーを排除する行為は注意しても良いのではないか？排除されたセラーは同じ商品をパッケージを変えるなどとして販売を続けることになるだけだと思う。
