4月8日にAを注文したのは、当社で在庫していた残り1セットを顧客に販売した為です。
その顧客に販売したAの一部に不具合がありました。

もう一つ送って欲しいパーツがあります。
当社の在庫の中に、BのTilt bar 同士を接続するアタッチメントで破損しているものがありました。
パーツの写真を添付したので確認して下さい。
予備も含めて3個欲しいです。

多忙な時に色々と頼み事をしてすみませんが、よろしくお願いします。

The reason we ordered A on April 8th, was that we sold the last remaining one set in our stock to a customer.
There was a trouble with some part of A, which we sold to that customer.

I would like you to send us one more part.
In our stock, an attachment used to attach B's Tilt bar was damaged.
I attached an image of the corresponding part, so please check it.
I would like three of them, including spares.
