The road on the northern part of the mansion where I live is a "Japan and US joint usage area". There are cars that are lined up in the forest park where people come to view the cherry blossoms.

The street south of my apartment house is a "Japan and US joint usage area." The cars lined up before the forest park belong to people who come to watch cherry blossoms.

Thank you tocchan. Although i agree with the "south" and belong to correction, I think the other areas are only word choices. The period should be outside the quotation don't you think?

The road on the southern part of the condominium where I live is a "joint use area for Japanese civilian and US force". Cars lined up are for people coming to view the cherry blossoms in a forest park.

「日米共同使用区域」の大半は「一般市民」立ち入れない場合が多いので、この場合は"joint use area of Japanese civilian and US force"と解釈しています。
