商品は1月18日に日本郵便の航空便(追跡番号なし)で発送しておりますので、1月28日頃には届く予定でした。しかしながら、お客様に商品が届いていないとのことですので、郵便局が紛失したか、税関で没収された可能性が高いと思います。大変お待たせして申し訳ないのですが、同一の商品を航空便(追跡番号あり)で再度発送させていただきます。発送いたしましたら、追跡番号をお知らせいたします。いましばらお待ちくださいますようよろしくお願い申し上げます。

However, since you have not received it yet, it is likely that the post office has lost it or it was confiscated at the customs.
