日本郵便に問い合わせましたところ、１２月～２月のはじめにかけてMexico Cityの MXMEX１という郵便局が交換業務に異常が発生しているようで、荷物が他の国へ行っていたり、出荷までに長い時間を要しているようです。
日本のEMSのシステムで調べるとメキシコの交換局に荷物があるようになっていますが、メキシコのCORREOS DE MEXICOで調べると既に日本に返送されてしまっているようになっており、情報が錯綜して本当の状態が分かりません。
I inquired with Japan Post to know that there were problems in the international exchange facility at a post office in Mexico City, MXMEX1, from last December to the beginning of February and that some items were sent to wrong countries with others taking so a long time to ship out.
Looking at the EMS's system in Japan, the package seems to stay at the international exchange in Mexico, while looking at the Corredos de Mexico in Mexico, it has been returned to Japan. There is a confusion of information and nobody can know what is right.

後半のEMS in Japan となんちゃら in Mexico はJapanese EMS、Mexican なんちゃらのほうがよかったですね。
あと、今気がついたのですが、前半の最後、others taking time って、言えるんでしたかね？どうもいつもtake timeの主語に、主語にならないものを持ってくるもので。

taking timeは間違いのない言い方だと思いますよ！他のもの、他の人、という意味のあるothersはこの文脈ではぴったりだと思います！
