実はご注文の商品を間違えて発送してしまったのでご連絡いたしました。
発送担当のミスでSG用ではなく、セミアコースティクギター用のハードケースを
発送してしまっております。申し訳ございません。

今、商品はUKの通関にあり、日本へ返送の依頼をしている最中です。
しかし、もし、お客様のお宅へ商品が配達されたら荷物の受取（サイン）はせず
そのまま返送してほしいのです。
一度、お客様が受け取ってしまうと、返品交換が大変煩雑になってしまいます。

もちろん至急、正しい商品の手配をさせていただきます。

Currently, the product is at the UK customs clearance and it is being requested to be returned to Japan.
However, if the product gets delivered to you, please do not sign on the package receipt and we hope that it can be returned to us as is.
It will be very bothersome for the product exchange in case you receive the product.
