実はご注文の商品を間違えて発送してしまったのでご連絡いたしました。
発送担当のミスでSG用ではなく、セミアコースティクギター用のハードケースを
発送してしまっております。申し訳ございません。

今、商品はUKの通関にあり、日本へ返送の依頼をしている最中です。
しかし、もし、お客様のお宅へ商品が配達されたら荷物の受取（サイン）はせず
そのまま返送してほしいのです。
一度、お客様が受け取ってしまうと、返品交換が大変煩雑になってしまいます。

もちろん至急、正しい商品の手配をさせていただきます。

この場合「進行中」とプロセスを表しているのでunder wayにしました。「進行中の●●」と表現する時にunderwayかなという考えからです。
