これなら雨が降っても大丈夫。
相変わらず毎日30度ちかい暑さで3日前に出来た水たまりもなくなってきた。
そのかわりに緑色の苔が生えてきた。
今日は日曜日。　朝から営業マンが来て売り出しの準備中。
聞いたところによると、土地半分の約80平方メートルに建つ一棟のお値段は3980万円！（アメリカドルで390,196ドル）場所は東京23区の東側江戸川の近く　売れるのか？

They built a camping tent beside the property. Must be the waiting position for the sales persons. Now they won't get wet when it rains.
It's still hot every day with temperatures as high as almost 30 degrees C. The three-day old puddles have been drying up. Instead, the ground is going mossy green.

Somebody told me that the house built on the 80 sq.m., nearly half of the property, is sold for 39,800,000 yen! (US$390,196) Located near Edogawa in the western 23-wards. I wonder if it sells?

あ！実はwesternじゃなくてeasternだったんです。どうも私の磁石にはeastがないらしくて、北・南でなければみんなwestになっちゃうような・・・
