立山（北陸地方・富山県）

富山平野の南側に盾のようにそびえるお山が立山です。
その雄々しい姿は富山平野だけでなく、富山湾をはさんだ能登半島からもはっきりと見る事が出来ます。

比叡山（近畿地方・京都府）

京都守護の山としてそびえるのが比叡山。
京都側だけでなく琵琶湖側からも広い範囲で遠くからも眺める事が出来ます。

We can see it not only from Kyoto but also from Lake Biwa in wide range.
