If it won't take much time, then we will either contact you, or we will contact the customer service.　is not correctly translated. When you want to translate もし、あまり時間がかかるようでしたら、またご連絡をいただきますか、
またはカスタマーサービスのほうへ連絡をしていただいてもいいですか？, it should be something like, "Please contact us or customer service center, should it take a long time for the refund process".
