しかし、届いたのは＠＠という商品です。

私は日本在住です。
どうしても〇〇が欲しかった為、信頼できる貴社で購入し、その後日本に送ってもらいました。

とても楽しみに待っていたのですが、違う商品が届きとても残念です。

返品はアメリカ国内での適用なのは承知しておりますが、
貴社の出荷ミスで間違った商品が届いております。

返品もしくは返金を希望します。

I placed on order with ○○ on January 14 in 2004.
However the products I received was ＠＠.

Now I am in Japan and really needed the ○○, so I purchased it from your company, where I can trust
and asked to send.

I really looked forward to it, but it turned out to be a wrong product.
Though I understand return policy is only applicable in the United States,
this misdelivery was caused by your company's mistake of shipping.

I require to return this product or full refund of this product.
