添削ありがとうございます。pit crew challengeが当初レース名だと分からず、第一文は変になってしまい、後ほどコメントで訂正を入れてあります（慌ててはいけませんね～）。また、第２文は、close secondというと、１位との差がcloseなのか、３位とcloseなのか、分からないなと思い、自分のような訳をひねりだしたのですが、「close second」というと「トップとの」差が僅差だという意味が含まれているのですか？
