UKを間違えてUSと書いてしまいました。大変失礼しました。

同時に送ったアイテムの到着がずれるのは、私も変だと思います。考えられるのは、1 何処かで輸送されずに止まっている。2郵便局が荷物を紛失した。以上のどちらかだと思います。
しかし以前フランス宛にクリアファイルを送りましたが、5週間以上掛かって届いた事がありますので、まだ紛失したと決めるには早すぎます。

もちろん、届いていないのにフィードバックをする必要はありません。私は貴方に◯を受け取って貰いたいので最後まで対応致します。

I also think it's strange that the items which were sent at the same time arrived different time. I assume 1.The item has been stopped at somewhere. or, 2. The post office has lost the item.
However, I think it's too early to decide it has been lost, because I previously sent clear files to France, but it took more than 5 weeks to reach there.

There is no need to feedback before you get them, of course. I really would like you to receive 〇, so I will respond you till last.
