今日冷凍してたコロッケを揚げたら失敗してしまった。調べたらコロッケは一度解凍したうえで低い温度から揚げないといけないと知る。

Today I deep-fried frozen croquettes, but it turned out to be a failure. Later on I checked and found out that croquettes should be defrosted first, and then start frying from low temperature.
