Victoria Park is located on Water Street (West) in the West End of St. John's, Newfoundland Labrador. The bottom edge of the park starts on Water Street (just before the turn off to Cape Spear) and runs up the steep green shaded hill all the way to Hamilton Avenue. Sudbury Street flanks the park on its west side and the back gardens of the houses on Alexander Street line the parks eastern border.

Le parc Victoria est situé sur la rue Water (Ouest) dans le West End de Saint-Jean, Terre-Neuve-Labrador. Le bord inférieur du parc commence sur la rue Water (juste avant la bifurcation à Cape Spear) et remonte la colline raide verte ombragée tout le chemin à Hamilton Avenue. La rue Sudbury longe le parc sur le côté ouest et les jardins à l'arrière des maisons de la rue Alexander parcs bordent la frontière orientale.
