Translator Reviews ( Japanese → English )

Additional info: Amazon.comでの購入者の商品評価が不当に低いため、Amazonに削除を依頼するメールです。

商品名にTPU、Yawaという表現が使われている商品への評価でした。購入者に材質を理解いただけなかったのが原因でした（購入者は、かなり硬い材質を期待していたようです）。

TPU素材ですので、「柔らかいプラスチック製」と商品名では表現しています。商品名に“Yawa”の表示がありますが、これは日本では“soft”を意味します。私は商品名を変更する権限がありません。

商品に問題がなかったのに、マイナス評価となっています。
評価システムの管理上、「3」という評価は事実上マイナス評価となり、「Feedback Rating 98% Positive」の98％の部分が低下してしまいました。

この観点より、評価の削除を依頼したいと思います。

Because it is TPU material, Product name is displayed as (Soft Plastic Product). Product name is also displayed as "Yawa" but, in Japanese it means "soft". I have no authority to change the product name.
Even though there was no problem with the product, it was evaluated at minus.
On the management of evaluation system, the evaluation of (3) actually means minus evaluation, 98% of 「Feedback Rating 98% Positive」was lowering.
Follow to this point of view I would like to ask you delete this evaluation
