　さて、着物には「仕付け」（しつけ）という作業がある。着物の縫い目を正しく整えるための仮縫いの事である。実は企業もこの仕付けと同じ「躾」（しつけ）がとても大切だ。一般的には教育や訓練の事を意味し、懐かしい言葉だが、道徳教育をさす言葉としても用いられている。日本の企業理念にもよく活用されている。経営の基本的な要素としては「整理」 「整頓」 「清掃」「清潔」そして最後に 「躾」 となる。ただ、本当は形式張ったものではない。極めて日常的で、普段の生活に染み込んだものなのである。
