前回のメールでお知らせしたとおり、私たちは期限を過ぎても品物を届けない詐欺師の被害に遭ってしまったことをお話しさせてください。
よって私たちのお金は消えてしまったのです…品物を受け取ることができないのです。裁判所へ行き、この詐欺師にできるだけの訴訟をしなくてはならなくなりそうです。
お客様の中には、私たちを信じて下さった方の問題ではないとおっしゃる方もいるでしょう…
そのとおりです、この問題にお客様を巻き込みたくありません…私たちの問題がお客様の問題となってはならないのです
だからこそ、私たちは裁判所で訴訟を起こさなくてはならないのです。
この状況に対して、深くお詫び申し上げます。

それぞれの「we」がメールの送り主（の会社の人々）を指すのか、Ken1981さんもしくは受信者の方を指すのかはっきりしないのですが、お急ぎかと思いますのでとりあえずこの訳で提出させていただきます。前後のメールで、裁判に関わる必要があるのか、補償についてなど指示があるものと思われます。
