住所不特定になってたとかですかね？

理由開示がないのでなぜそうなったのかが凄く気になります。

もし次回以降も同じ事例が起こったら先に確認連絡を頂くことは出来ないのでしょうか？

手元に届くのを楽しみにしているので返品手続きになるのは避けたいです。
